By using nexfey.com or ordering services from Nexfey, you agree to these terms.

Services: we provide link building and related SEO services, such as guest posts, link insertions and digital PR. The scope, quantity and price of each order are agreed with you in writing before work begins.

Payment: fees are due as stated in the quote or invoice. Work starts once payment or the agreed deposit is received.

Delivery and replacement: we provide the live URL, anchor text and target page for each placement. If a placement is not delivered as agreed, or is removed within 6 months of publishing, we will replace it or refund the affected portion.

No guarantees of rankings: search engine results depend on many factors outside our control, so we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue.

Your content and conduct: you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for having the right to promote your website. We may decline work that is illegal, misleading or breaches publisher policies.

Limitation of liability: to the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service.

Changes: we may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies.
